4h, 10mins manual stretching, 300 jelqs Sunday 13/03/17.

Started totally incorporating at least 3, 100 strokes jelqing sessions starting completely cold/limp and letting the blood warm up my dick. I think I after years of performing it on and off I’ve finally made it as good as I possibly can, getting a good head swell after each 3-7 sec stroke, getting a good stretchy feeling as well ending up with a engorged and long hanging dick for hours afterwards. I’ll watch my PI’s to tell if I’m overdoing it with the jelqing but so far so good and will put in a day or two of rest every now and then, it all goes by “feel”.

Waking up with raging morning wood as usual and my dick hangs at 5”+ when I wake up which I find pleasing since I used to have quite the embarrassing flaccid IMO.
Aiming to hang at 6” at least as the total norm, even when working out, if possible.
My BPEL seems to be at 7” and 1/8 of an inch, maybe even a little more. I also hit 18cm+ regularly hoping to hit 18,5cm by the end of this month at least and will most certainly put in the work as I consider myself obsessed with having a goal of being at total shower by June, aka summertime where I live, if we’re lucky that is, haha.

So, haven’t been posting here for a while. Went on a few weeks deacon break, mostly out of being damn tired of using the extender, so I’ve decided to quit using it and started a manual routine.
What I now do and have been doing since the 1 of April, is 12 rounds of stretching in each direction including straight out, 120-200 wet jelqs and ending with some horse squeezes in the range of 6- 12. I gradually increased the jelqing, the stretching has varied between 10- 14 rounds, but landed on 12 being the “perfect” amount”.
Now, this all takes me about 70-80 min to complete and been doing it almost religiously every day, taking a day or three off every now and then. I actually prefer doing it every damn day as my PI’s are on point with raging, thick and long boners all night long waking up to piss with a full hard on, it never fails.

I’m a couple of cm’s from reaching my goal of being as long as a Gillette can(big one ofc)the thickness is also slowly but surely getting there as well. My unit ain’t far from being as long when holding it on the side of my dick, while standing up and it makes me smile whenever I measure along side it.
So, not sure of the exact amount of gains I’ve gotten as I prefer staying away from the ruler as when measuring with it and not seeing results is a bummer, so I’m gonna keep on doing this exact routine until the 1 of July, at least, and then take it from there as of what to do next.
I’ll probably end up doing this exact routine, or a lighter version of it to maintain my bigger flaccid as it stays bigger than usual for at least a few days after doing it. I go commando and just love the feeling of my dick against my thigh and it hanging all free. I also think it’s good for gains, but who really knows.

Only thing I’m missing right now to have a legitimately BIG package are bigger balls, as mentioned before I’ve gone through testicular cancer being left with one prosthetic nut and one real one. I’m also on TRT but in my God forsaken country they don’t hook you up with HCG to prevent my last nut to shrink. I’ve tried counteracting it with Damiana Leaves which helped me alot in the libido area before venturing into TRT making my nut and sperm count way better, and it actually helps just a little now as well, preventing my nut to totally athrophy, even keeping it at my normal size at times.
