AndyJ's stricture and scarring rehab

Cumulative Log, Day 224:

plug: 926h30m I don’t see much plugging in the future; the meatal stricture seems to be mostly stable and easily stretched now, so the plugs don’t stay in long, and I’m at the upper end of “normal” range

gauge spike: 8x, 28-30Fr This is the stepped gauge sound, calibrated in French steps. I’ve been using it instead of the plugs; it’s easier to get in than the blunt-ended plugs, and moving from step to step doesn’t require removal and reinsertion. Now I can get 28Fr any time, 29Fr most of the time, and 30Fr less than half the time. The meatus feels pretty beaten up for the rest of the day, though. I plan to continue until that doesn’t happen, and then drop down to weekly, biweekly, or monthly as things develop.

pumping: I had to move from the 2-1/8” tube back to the 2-1/4” tube. As when I was pumping decades ago, the girth gains seem to be permanent. The length gains weren’t permanent, but I’m in the age group where “shrinkage” isn’t unknown, plus the urologists say that length loss is common after trauma… but at least I haven’t shrunk below the 5.5” I measured long ago.

ball pumping: 43h30m, mostly in the 2-1/8” tube lately, which has a nicely rounded edge. It doesn’t make any difference on the shaft, but the sharper edge of the 2-1/4” tube starts to bite on the scrotum after half an hour or so.

ball clamping: 2h15m I’ve only had very minor results from pumping, though the cold weather (I do my PE work in an unheated extra room) might have something to do with that. I have, however, been able to pull the testicles down low enough to get a grip on them with my “ball clamp” device - it’s just two wooden chopsticks and some bent paperclips, with the chopsticks 1/2” apart. It takes a lot of manipulation and tugging to get the smaller testicle down, but once I got that done, the clamp felt just fine. I kept it on for an hour, removed it to check everything, then put it back on for another hour and a quarter. Had some twinges the next couple of days, though, from the various cords etc. being tugged out of the abdominal cavity, I guess. Pumping leaves the scrotum “full” and hard to get a grip with the clamp; I need to make a rice sock and see if that works better.

Kegels: 6270; done while edging, but mostly when using the gauge spike.

extender: 10m Got the Size Doctor out again, but had problems with the 16oz Gear Keeper pulling it off. Ordered a 9oz Gear Keeper; should be in next week.

Red Light Therapy: 55h25m It’s warm enough to resume using the light now.

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

I bought a vacuum pump, pressure sensors, an Arduino, and a bunch of bits last year, to build a programmable pump. So far all the parts are still in a cardboard box waiting for round tuits.

A few people have mentioned using breast pumps; the Spectra S2 was a popular model. I found the user manual online, it looked OK, so I watched on eBay until a used one, just the pump and wall wart, showed up for $10. It arrived yesterday.

I’m not sure what styling brainiac decided “kettlebell” was the best shape for a breast pump; it’s bulky and awkward. But it was cheap…

There are two smooth hose nipples sticking out the back to take the hoses. They’re joined inside; the instructions say to cap one off if you’re only using one attachment. The nipples are very small in diameter, maybe 5/32 or 3mm. I scrounged around the workshop and found a box with a mass of emission control hoses and doodads that came off a Maserati Biturbo I used to own. One of the hoses was the right size, plus it had an adapter up to a larger 1/4”-6mm hose. And I found a vacuum cap the right size for the other nipple. I didn’t want to cut the six-foot piece of 6mm clear vinyl tubing I had, so I used the whole piece.

The scars on my shaft make it very sensitive to the precise amount of vacuum I use when pumping, so I lubed up the ball cylinder and tried that. I’ve been pumping them at 3 to 5 inches. The manual for the S2 shows its vacuum range is 5 to 12, but nowhere in the document are the units mentioned. The last page has “specifications”, which mention it pulls 320mm Hg. That’s about 12 inches Hg, which is the maximum setting on the control panel, so I made the working assumption that 5-12 was in units of inches of mercury.

I set the pump to its lowest setting and turned it on. It didn’t feel like much tug. I ran it up all the way to 12 as an experiment, which felt more like 2 or 3 with the Mityvac, then dropped back to 5 to get a baseline impression.

It’s a breast pump; it’s programmed to vary the pressure in steps. You can adjust the maximum suction from 5 to 12” Hg. You can adjust the frequency of the steps - there are five per cycle - from 54 to 70 per minute. That’s all you can adjust. It does not do a steady pull; it steps up the vacuum to the maximum, then releases and starts again.

The step adjustment really didn’t feel much different between 54 and 70. The default was 70 when it turned on, I set it back to that after messing with it.

“So, Andy, what’s it like?”

It’s like a cross between testicle massage and a joy buzzer. It’s nothing like the Mityvac. It steps up the vacuum 1-2-3-4-5, holds steady for 6, then dumps the vacuum and starts over, 1-2-3-4-5,6.. ZZZZZP, ZZZZZP, ZZZZZP… it feels like a big commotion going on down there, and I can feel my scrotum inflating and deflating as it works along the inside of the tube.

The pump has an automatic shutoff at 30 minutes. I played with the settings during the first period, as mentioned above. I normally position the tube at the middle of the scrotum; it kept wanting to work its way up to the base of my shaft, and I’d have to turn it off and reposition. For the second set I just let it work its way up and let it be. I was getting a little sore from the rim of the tube by the end of the second session, so quit there. That’s about as long as I make it with the Mityvac, though.

Pulling the tube off at the end of the session, my balls felt half-numb. ZZZZP. Normal feeling returned in about ten minutes.

It’s not what I expected. After one session I can’t say it’s better or worse than a steady pull, but it was really nice just to set the vacuum and read while it did its thing. ZZZZZP. It’s actually very quiet despite the commotion in the tube. ZZZZZP.

The “12” setting is nowhere near 12” Hg. I’m going to add a tee and a spare gauge and see what it’s actually doing. I might have air leaks. I have three splices and adapters in the hose, and I’m used to positioning the tube, giving a short pump or two to seat it, maybe repositioning, then pumping until I get a seal. With the Spectra you just push the button and it takes off wherever the tube happens to be. As my scrotum gets stretched more and I get the knack of positioning with one hand and pushing the button with the other - the only place I had to put the pump is awkward to reach - I expect it won’t be an issue.

I’m going to order some 3mm hose. ZZZZZP. The Spectra may not be intended to make such sharp steps; the extra volume of the long, oversize hose may be throwing it out of whack. ZZZZZP.

The 3mm tubing came in a few days ago. It won’t work with the breast pump. It’s thin wall, very soft silicone tubing. What I ordered was vinyl tubing. [sigh] It’s not worth the hassle to return it; I’ll find a use for it eventually. I have to make a trip to one of the big-box hardware stores in a few days; maybe they have some tubing in stock.

Doing well with the Size Doctor. While waiting for the 9oz Gear Keeper to come in I rigged a pulley and a weight to put tension on the vacuum chamber. Turns out the weight - it’s the ampersand-shaped one I got a while back for scrotum stretching - weighs more than 9oz. There’s a 12oz Gear Keeper, but I’m going to try adding a bit of weight to the pulley setup later, to see if I can work up to the 16oz Gear Keeper I already have.

I’ve been keeping the Size Doctor sessions down to 20 minute as I get used to it. I’ve noticed my glans feels rough afterward. The Lubriderm I’ve been using on the scarred areas doesn’t seem to do anything for that. I’m assuming it’s “keratinization”. I’m using very light vacuum and short sessions, but I’ve raised blood blisters at 5” when pumping, so who knows. I’m hoping it will be less of an issue as I stay with it.

A 1-pound coil of 1/4” lead wire showed up today. I’m going to try Xenolith’s cock coil thingie. I’m an extreme grower, and the size of my shaft changes throughout the day - something I’d never realized until it became painful. If I can twist it just right so it will stay on, the coil will keep the thin-skinned areas from rubbing on my underwear or pants when I’m walking, which would be very nice. I’m assuming the smooth heat-shrink tubing won’t be nearly as abrasive. In retrospect the hollow wire would probably have been a better choice, but I’ll see how the solid core stuff works out.

I’ve been doing “pull and massage” on the shrunken testicle. I usually have to pump first to get some room in the scrotum, then carefully dig it out of the abdominal cavity. It’s still tight and tries to retract, but it’s less sensitive to handling and a bit easier to pull down now. 20 minute sessions of that are pretty boring. I still haven’t been able to get it to stay out long enough to use the orchidometer.

Got some work done on the Comfy Chair; angle iron in for the base, casters are in, 12” Lazy Susan bearing is in, started cutting lumber. It’s hard to find 2x10s locally that aren’t twisted like curly-fries. Basically, an X frame on casters, the Lazy Susan bearing, an open-fronted wooden box, and a simple wood seat with a large slot for ventilation / extender / hanger / etc. I have some 1” closed-cell foam, but I need to pick up some material for the cover. If I want some more “shape” under the foam I can add it later. Most office chairs are basically flat under very soft foam that’s molded to look like it conforms to your butt. I’ll add a back and armrests after getting the seat part sussed out.

Going well with the Size Doctor. Sometimes it takes two or three tries to get my glans to expand enough to stay in the bell. I’ve found that just using plenty of lube and letting it slip off on its own only takes a minute or so; re-lube and put it on again another time or two, and everything’s fine. Giving an extra pump and seating the gasket further down on the shaft gives a big donut, which I’m trying to avoid.

The “keratinization” thing seems to have been a false alarm; at least, it went away after I started using lots of lotion.

I had to retreat and regroup on the Comfy Chair project; the lumber I bought for the base box varies more than 1/8” in thickness and 1/4” in width along the length, plus the twist. Back in the old days it would have been in the firewood pile, now it’s “premium” lumber. I don’t have access to a planer, so… Mr. Bandsaw and Mr. Welder might be the next step.

The new roll of 3mm vinyl tubing was correct. I cut a short piece of that to replace the long 1/4” tube. The pump pulses are sharper and stronger now. I decided not to cut down the spare tube, and found some PVC pipe couplers that have a 2-3/8” ID. I can glue two of them together to make a short tube for my balls. But there’s a ridge inside the couplers that needs to come out, and I can’t find the blades for my X-Acto knife, so I had to order some curved blades… like everything else, the project jerks and staggers forward. But it *is* moving…

I need to get the Ardiuno and pump bits out and resume work on that. The breast pump is nice; just push the button and it does its thing. If I go to sleep, it shuts off automatically. But the buzzing as it steps up the vacuum goes right into my abdominal cavity, and it vibrates my whole body. When it shuts off, I get “ghost” vibration for a while, like after riding a big-bore dirt bike. Plus it tends to give me a mild headache. But the periodic relaxation of vacuum keeps it from making sore spots where the tube rides on my pelvic bone, which is what happens with the Mityvac after half an hour or so.

I got the roll of lead wire straightened out and painted the ends. Now I need to go to Harbor Freight and pick up one of those hot-air tubing shrinkers. I’ve wanted one for years, now I have a plausible justification for buying one. The roll of shrink tubing is white, which coordinates with my underwear, since I’m a traditionalist in that respect.

No shaft pumping for the last couple of weeks. My EQ has improved enough that I can get some stretch on the scar by edging. I don’t get as much stretch as by pumping, but it stays fairly loose as long as I’m vigilant about keeping lotion on it. It has been eight months since I started pumping to stretch the scar. It still wants to shrink and harden if I leave it alone; I figured it would eventually heal in a more-or-less stretched shape, but it’s taking more time than I expected.

Cumulative Log, Day 253:

shaft pump: 125h25m, this last month with the 2-1/8” LeLuv tube. I dropped back to less than 1” Hg after the scars went rough again. I thought they were scabs from cracking, but my wife says it looks more like “dry skin” than anything else; definitely not scabs though. The more vacuum I use, the rougher the patches get. I’m not sure what’s going on there. I’m tempted just to run back up to 4 or 5” Hg and go for it.

clamping: 2h40m. Not clamping-clamping, just getting some wood and Kegeling every now and then to keep the shaft swollen. I can put almost as much tension around the scar with the clamp as I can with the tube without the lube and cleanup mess. It worked for a while until the EQ problem came back. The “grower” thing is enough that I have to have at least 75% wood before the clamp will work.

ball pump: 83h35m, also with the 2-1/8” tube. Some with the Mityvac at 4” Hg, mostly the S2 breast pump at a guesstimated 2” Hg. I’m seeing some progress with the scrotum. The right testicle does pretty much what it wants; normally about the size of an olive and soft, but sometimes it will grow to 3/4 the size of the other testicle and harden up. There’s no vacuum on it since the scrotum is open to the abdomen, so I have no idea what’s going on with that.

ball sticks: 6h40m, only a few hours this month. While the scrotum is stretching, it’s slow, and I can’t always get a grip on the testicle and pull it down enough to get the chopsticks between it and my body. It would also be handy to have three hands to accomplish that. Still, a small amount of progress.

edging: 29h55m. Getting the shaft used to being handled as the skin heals up. I’ve done a small amount of stretching by pulling behind the glans, but the shaft skin is still too fragile for jelquing.

Kegels: 7800x. I guess it doesn’t really matter, but I find that I’m more motivated to do them when I need to fill in the empty spaces on my chart.

extender: 23h10m. I have 16oz and 9oz Gear Keepers now, but I’ve mostly been using the pulley and a 3/4 pound weight. I was racking up several 20 minute sessions per day when I got a sore spot and had to stop until it healed. The bell snugs up behind the glans to seal, but when you put it on, it has to slide a bit further down the shaft to balance the vacuum when you put tension on it. Not far behind the shaft is a ridge of skin, maybe 3 or 4mm, like a bad circumcision. It didn’t used to be there; I think it is shaft skin that wound up doubled up and healed together due to the way the skin rolls up when flaccid. The skin flap is a bit sensitive. At the base of the flap I got a painful raw spot. There’s less vacuum in the Size Doctor than I sometimes hit with the tube, so I’m assuming having the Size Doctor gasket raked back and forth across it several times per day had something to do with it. I’ll restart with the SD shortly.

RLT 66h30m. Now that it’s warmer I’m using the Red Light Therapy lamp more.

topicals: I’m done with the DMSO, oils, and additives; just using some Lubriderm to keep it from drying out now.

Progress so far:
urethra/meatus: fixed
raw meat: healed
scar: stretched, but it’s not completely permanent yet.
scrotum hang: in progress
right testicle descent: in progress

I’ve stepped up from 3x20 minute sessions with the Size Doctor to 3x30, following the schedule Redzulu outlined over at MOS. It’s slow, but I haven’t sprung any more blisters, so I figure it as a win.

EQ has been improving rapidly, for no reason I can put a finger on. Not the instant wood of my youth, but at least in the bottom range of “normal.” Sometimes I get an hour of edging at 100% wood; still fine then, but I don’t have all day to play with myself.

I’ve slacked off pumping in favor of the Size Doctor, mostly because of lack of time. It’s amazing how much time PE eats up. Anyway, from not pumping so much, I’ve realized that the pain/discomfort from the scar ring isn’t due to expansion as much as lengthwise stretching - even at 3” of vacuum, the tube won’t set down on my pelvic bone; it’s still suspended from the skin and the fat pad. And poking around at the pad, it’s thick… but no (or not much) thicker than it was years ago when I was pumping, and the tube was sitting on bone. As it is now, I can’t get a ruler - the same one I used in the old days - anywhere close to the bone without feeling like I’m going to punch through the skin. I’m not *that* interested in a length measurement!

I’m starting to suspect that the skin of the shaft has shrunk. It seems bizarre, but I went for a couple of years without an erection, and there’s the “use it or lose it” factor, and the scrotum skin shrank too. I’m still working on stretching that back out. Also, when pumping my balls, it will try to pull the shaft down into the tube with the scrotum, pulling on the scar ring.

I think I’m going to dig the Froehle tube back out. It’s substantially smaller in diameter than my current girth, so if I use plenty of lube I can work on length only. Also, the “full package” design makes it easy to maintain a good seal so I don’t have to keep an eye on the pump gauge all the time. I could get into my old 2” tube if I was mostly flaccid, but the Froehle ought to help avoid turkey neck. I *really* wish they made a size in between “slightly too small” and “ridiculously oversize.”

There have been a number of people who have noted the development of “extra skin” when using a Bib hanger. I’m rehabbed enough now I don’t think a Bib would damage anything; all the slidey layers seem to be sliding freely now. I’ll be looking those posts back up. I wasn’t planning on moving from “rehab” to “enhancement” yet, but if I can get a twofer, I’m in.

Back to the Size Doctor, I’ve more or less got the hang of getting it on, but how well it stays is erratic. Sometimes it will take two or three tries on the flaccid - I’m using the small #2 gasket - before the glans will swell up enough to keep the seal. The #1 gasket, I’m leery about circulation problems. Anyway, sometimes it will go right on, no problem for two twenty minute sets, and the third set, it will keep sliding off… but only if I’m using the red light illuminator. I just call it quits then rather than fight it. But after that, I can almost always maintain 75-100% when edging. I have no idea what’s going on there, or even if the three things are actually related.

Occasionally I get sharp twinges, mostly in the glans, when pumping or extending with the SD. I suspect they may be internal scar tissue or adhesions pulling loose. Which is a good thing, but it’s startling when it happens. The external scarring is adhesion-free now that I’ve ripped the “returning foreskin” fold loose, and I’ve been beating the hell out of it with edging, raking the extender gasket across it, and pumping. The scars get grainy and sore, but they don’t get *more* sore, and I haven’t torn anything for months, so the “power through” idea seems to have worked just fine.

No problems with the Size Doctor lately, so in the spirit of “go for it” I tried an extended session yesterday; 130 minutes. No problem, other than getting it off. Today I swapped from the #2 to the larger #3 gasket for another 130 minute session. No problem keeping it on, and an even worse problem getting it back off. 15 minutes after opening the valve there was no sign it was going to move, so I got scraped up a bit working it off. Simply waiting for flaccid wasn’t an option, as the large Sonic iced tea I drank early this morning wanted Out Now.

I’ll swap the #4 gasket on for tomorrow’s session. The reason I went from #3 down to #2 was difficulty keeping the #3 on until the glans inflated enough to keep a seal; that doesn’t seem to be a problem any more… if the #4 won’t stay, I’ll try a different lube. The stuff I’m using is one of the Lubriderm lotions that dries out after half an hour or so; I might need something that stays slippery.

I finally finished the “Kegel stick” yesterday and tried it last night. It’s an 8mm stainless steel rod. It used to be part of a printer, I think. I cut a 6” piece, drilled and tapped one end M6-1.0, rounded the other end to a hemisphere, and polished it up in the lathe. I made a 6mm stud and screwed a 20mm stainless steel ball on the threaded end.

The meatus was very tight, though it was right after two hours of vacuum and the meatus takes a beating from that. But I also found a slight stricture about halfway down, more or less where one of the ones I found last year was. I pushed past that, then did 700 easy Kegels. This morning I tried it again, also after the Size Doctor, and there was still a constriction at the meatus, but the one further down wasn’t apparent. I only did 350 Kegels due to lack of time. They’re just clamp-relax instead of clamp-hold at the moment.

I expect I’ll be able to Kegel without the stick eventually. Anything that goes in the urethra has to be cleaned with alcohol, and anything it touches, and my hands, and anything they touch. I might be a little extreme, but having had a urinary tract infection before, it’s a big pile of No Fun.

Clamping hasn’t been going well, even with wrapping. I can’t always get enough wood to get circulation shut off enough to maintain erection in the clamp. I’ve been using a medium clamp; I just ordered a small one. Hopefully it’s not too small. The “extreme grower” thing is a hassle.

I was giving my wife an update on progress and mentioned the next step was probably a Bib hanger, but it was going to have to wait until I took care of some other expenses. She offered to buy it for me. It’s nice having spousal support…

The #4 gasket not only kept a seal, it was just as hard to get off as the #3 or #2. I ran a 130 minute session with .81# (it’s just what that weight happened to be, according to my scale, nothing special) with no problems, then later that day I stepped it up to a full pound. At 90 minutes there was no problem. I was doing my usual morning setup, laying on my back, with the SD bell, a pulley off a nearby shelf, and a weight.

I decided to try sitting in my chair at the computer, so I disconnected everything, went to the chair, clipped the weight to the paracord on the bell, and spent another half hour extending. Then ten minutes fighting the bell back off. I got a small blister on each side of the meatus. Drat!

It might be the extra weight, but it could be additional fluid accumulation in the lower body while sitting up, or it might have been while trying to get the bell off. According to my notes, I got a blister trying to remove the bell once before, even making sure the valve was open. Apparently pulling the gasket over the enlarged corona while constricted by the gasket opening builds way more pressure in the glans than I expected.

So, some time off for the blisters to heal… while I’m waiting I’ll disassemble and clean the Size Doctor and install the #5 seal.

I ordered the Bib Starter and some Theraband, two more Cable Cuffs to finish my Captain’s Wench, some “thumbscrew” hose clamps in case I don’t like the cuffs, and modified my lone medium Cable Cuff by lining it with foam weatherstrip. I haven’t had a chance to check it out yet.

The 660 and 850nm LEDs are in, and I have some 2-1/2” PVC tube to make a short scrotum-only pump tube. The shrunken right testicle will *sometimes* come up almost to normal size after a days of regular pumping, but it will shrink right down afterward. It’s hard to get the RLT illuminator to shine on that area unless I lay in the “getting ready to stuff the turkey” position, and my back and right hip joint get cranky about that in short order. Building the LEDs right into the tube ought to work.

Minor injury:

After making my “Kegel spike” I found I had two new constrictions. The urology stuff I’ve read said this is common; like kidney stones, if you get them once, you’re likely to get them again. The first day with the new spike I had to push the spike past the constrictions, the second they weren’t as noticeable. Last night I had the Tether Products step gauge handy, and I used that. Which is what I used to use, before I made the spike. The TP gauge is what I used to eliminate the original constrictions months ago.

Getting the step gauge in normally requires squirting Surgilibe into the urethra with a syringe, using an oil-based lube on the gauge, getting it in until it doesn’t want to go any more, pulling it out and re-lubing, and then Kegeling until it will go all the way in. Sometimes it takes mild finger pressure to help it. I can take the full length of the step gauge, out to 30 French (10mm), it just takes a while.

Last night I was feeling lazy and used some of the Lubriderm lotion I had at hand instead of getting up and getting the syringe and the fancy lube. Also, I had bought a couple of 20mm stainless steel balls when I made the Kegel spike; I had screwed the spare onto the step gauge, replacing the original small plastic ball. I figured the extra weight would save having to use a finger to help get the step gauge in.

Normal procedure is to lay on my back, insert the small end of the gauge, guide it straight while letting its own weight slide it in, and then let go when there’s enough for it to stay straight by itself. Normally it will slide down slowly, the steps going past the meatus, bump… bump…. bump….. slowing down as it gets tighter, and there’s more friction along the length of the urethra. Each step the stretch gets more noticeable and takes longer as the urethra slowly accomodates the step and then the gauge slides in a bit more. Eventually it will come to a stop as you reach the limits of the urethral opening+friction, and you have to use a fingertip and Kegel to get it past that point.

This time:

A) my urethra, despite the couple of new constrictions, has been able to accomodate the full 10mm of the gauge for several months now.

B) replacing the ball on the end added more weight than I realized.

C) the common Lubriderm body lotion worked *way* better than the specialty lubes.

I inserted the gauge, lined it up, let go, and it practically fell in. Instead of slow bumps it felt like a giant zipper. And then >>sting<< YOW!, and then a brief pause before the ball contacted the end of my glans. It went in like a slide hammer.

Well, it was in, and even though I was “experiencing some discomfort” as Dave Barry puts it, I did 50 short Kegels and 50 long ones. Removing the spike normally takes some light pulling and Kegeling and several minutes; it slid right out this time. When I was dabbing the excess lotion away I found a couple of blood spots on the paper towel.

No blood other than that, no stinging when urinating, morning edging session OK, except the meatus is a bit sore even when not being touched. Still the same at 12 hours now.

As far as PE injuries go, a nothingburger, and I expect it will be fine by tomorrow. It was mostly the surprise that made it a big deal.

Learning experience: when changing *anything*, don’t let go of the gauge completely until you’re sure it’s not going to slam down on its own.

I’ve been doing some light clamping for the last week or so, mostly to get the sulcus behind the glans expanded enough to get a good seal when attaching the Size Doctor, and sometimes while edging.

EQ has improved a lot in the last few weeks, but it’s not quite “perform on demand” yet. That also made it hard to get the clamp to work. I have plenty of girth, but I’m an extreme grower, so it takes some hand work to get hard enough to get something to clamp.

A few days ago I lined the inside of the clamp with two 1/8” layers of firm adhesive-backed foam I got from somewhere years ago. So I have 1/4” of something like very firm weatherstrip lining the clamp. This has helped a lot; I can successfully clamp with about a 3/4 erection and then Kegel up to a full erection, and the extra compression from the foam slows circulation enough to maintain the erection as long as I want. Well, up to 10 minutes anyway, which is my self-imposed limit.

I’ve dispensed with wrapping since adding the foam; as long as I’m careful not to get any loose skin caught in the teeth of the clamp, I can clamp bareback without discomfort, bearing in mind I’m probably not clamping as tight as some people do.

The small Cable Cuff showed up. Nope, that’s not going to work. Apparently there’s no overlap in Cable Cuff sizes, so there are largeish gaps between ‘small’ and ‘medium.’ Well, I can use it to wrangle some of the cable mess behind the computer… but I don’t think it’s big enough to hold all of them. With just one click of the ratchet, the hole is just barely larger than a US quarter coin, and fully closed, it’s tight on my little finger.
