Hey guys,

Some of you might have seen me posting a bit in the original AM thread, but I thought it’d be better to make a log, for myself and for the tidiness of the general thread. I’m not following any diet or anything (I try to live “healthy” in general, with I would say a regular diet, keeping fats and sugars as low as possible, not avoiding meat (definitely not!), and playing sports usually 3-4 times a week)
Right now, I just did my workout for day 7. Not sure if it’s exactly 7, but from now on, I take this as day 7. My routines have been changing, mostly depending on the erections I was able to get for the exercise, not knowing whether I did it correctly or not. The first time, starting PR, was terrible, and the day after I barely could get any form of an erection. But gradually it got better and better, and here we are today. I did the following:

6x30s BE
2x 5x30s PR
I maintained basically a full erection during the whole work out, with a couple of strokes in between the sets. At the end of the 2nd PR, I was losing my erection and my left thumb got really crampy. I waited a little bit, and since I wanted to expand my routine, I added:
2x60s BE. After that, for quite a while, I maintained some semi-erect state, where every kegel I did got my unit swinging.

My “results” so far.

In the beginning, it was really straining, but after I took a few days with just BE after a rest day, EQ has been through the roof. I don’t exactly remember all the veins from when I began with the AM, but it feels/looks like I can see more and more blue lines, and the ones that were already there get more pronounced, sometimes even in flaccid state. I did not measure any length/girth gains yet. As of today, I also do kegels and some 30s stretching sets, I try to increase those over time. I’ll be going abroad in a couple of days, I hope I’ll have enough privacy to continue with this routine and increase the daily load, and see what it can bring!

What fresh hell is this?

Today’s workout was a bit of a setback, erection quality diminished quite rapidly, and I only got the 4x30s BEs done. Halfway into the PR I realized it wasn’t gonna work well, so I called it a day. There could be various reasons, let’s see if tomorrow improves again (if I’ll have enough privacy). Levels and stretching continued as well.

Unfortunately not every day can be as good as we imagined it to be, however many times in retrospect, it was exactly what was needed at the time.

The last two days I didn’t have much privacy, with even less coming this week (sharing a room). It might improve afterwards. This morning I was able to fit in the usual amount of BEs, I stayed hard basically without any stimulation (could also be because I didn’t orgasm in quite a few days now). I will try to do my routine as much as I can!

The past two days I didn’t find the time and space to do the AM exercises, while I did the 50 kegels and the 10x 30s stretches. Today I did manage to squeeze in 3 BE’s of 30s - 1min. My unit had 1 vein that I’ve never seen as good as now, it was almost bulging out it seemed. Other veins were very visible as well. Still didn’t orgasm though, for about a week now. Who knows what kind of influence that has on it.

I really don’t have enough privacy to keep up my routine. I will do AM from time to time when I can, just because it feels good and seems to work, and I don’t want to start from dead 0 again. I will pick it back up in september. I’ll try to keep up kegels and stretching though.
