Hello everyone. I’s been a rather long journey which I’ll elaborate on below but recently there seems to be a little epiphany going on with US heating and such.

And those are the reasons I decided to jump back on myself. I’ve been on and off of PE (mostly off) for soon 15 years when as a young guy I got interested in all of this. What I had to begin with was 5.8in length and a 5.4in circumference. Over time during the last decade I managed to increase it to 7,2 inches with a 5,8 circumference with mostly all sorts of jelqs and such. It has served me well, but surely the thought of a little extra doesn’t go away easily.

In short, I’ve been reading the recent progress reports and especially Kyrpa’s formidable thread and decided to buy a similar US heating machine and a PeniMaster Pro stretcher. For now I’ve done some light and easy exercises without a clear goal, just to get perspective on how it works for me and how I react to the methods and exercises.

Yesterday I decided to start doing these exercises methodically. My starting point for BPFSL is at 19.2cm/7.5 inches, and for the near future my goals are purely in increasing length. I start with a 20 minute stress relaxation w/o heat, PMP suction cup attached to a 1 kilogram weight. From there, I bring in the ultrasound (US Pro 2000 2nd Edition), keep the weight at 1kg and heat the shaft for 20 minutes, ending with a 10 minute cooldown at maximum length. As it’s been quite a while since my last exercises, for these first two days I’ve worked through 3 phases: stress relaxation, US enhanced stretching and a cooldown. I’m likely to add a section with more weight between the second and third parts in the near future.

And I wouldn’t feel let down should no gains arrive - it’s always worth a try. But tell that to the measurements:
06/20/20: starting length 19.2cm (7.5in) BPFSL, afterwards 19.6cm (roughly 7.65in) BPFSL
06/21/20: starting length 19.3cm*(7.5in) BPFSL, afterwards 19.9cm (around 7.8in) BPFSL.

*I would expect the measurements to ebb and flow enough for this to be taken with a grain of salt. But today’s “after” measurement I had to check a couple of times, check that the angle was the same as the first measurement and make sure I took it from the same spot.

This is quite a way to return.. I’ve not set a goal - I can hardly imagine the possibilities this brings. BPEL somewhere over 8 inches with a little more girth would feel wonderful. In any case it’s nice to be back.

I am very happy to see the setup with the original low load approach. For a guy being long absent from PE that would be just fine way to start it over again, now with these extra tools available. If I am reading correctly you never really plateaued seriously in your history?

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

Kyrpa, you’re right when asking about a possible past plateau - there never was one as my methods were infrequent and haphazard to begin with. Some nice gains were reached, but at that time I couldn’t stick to a dedicated plan for a number of reasons.

Tomorrow’s a day off while the following two days go with the current mode. At the start of July there’s a week off so ample time to study on how it all works on my body. Most likely adding the second weighted set in before the cooldown.

The US does make my dick a little tingly afterwards. The sensation is nowhere near pain but every now and then I notice a little twitch. Would be nice to measure the temperature at some point but if there’s a similar manner of progress it feels secondary. In a month or so I’ll know more.

So. After a day off, I’ve continued with the exactly same setup for yesterday and today. Beginning to understand the US and the exercise itself a lot better now.

On both days there was an ever so slight soreness in the whole shaft but there’s nothing to worry about as it wasn’t anywhere near pain threshold and the numbers explain it well.

06/23/20: start: 19.4cm, end 19.9 cm. Strain level 2,6%
06/24/20: start: 19.5cm. End 20.2 cm. Strain level 3,6% but with more glans engorgement than usual. Didn’t have the time for it to subside for a re-measure.

The measurements are still a little unreliable when going on a millimeter level, but I’ve got more exact about the method so it’s always the same angle and always the same spot from which I take them. And this is the first week - after a few weeks there’ll be clearer numbers to tell how I’m progressing for real.

Had a curious reaction after the latest session: like a small electrical tinge in the middle of my glans. Not painful at all and coincided with my pulse but felt it yesterday evening and this morning. As it subsided already, I’m having another session right now but keeping an eye on it just in case.

Start after stress relax: 19.6. After US while hanging downwards 1kg for 20mins and cooldown, 20.3cm. Strain level: 3.57%. It does feel a little sore half an hour later.

I remember all the talk about newbie gains but it might take a little time for this to sink in - measuring a legit 8 inch BPFSL. The hanging with one kilogram and ultrasound was a bit of an improvisation, but also for stability as you can be sure of the angle and the strain as it points downwards. It worked well, even though there’s no reflective surface beneath or anything. Accuracy and plenty of gel were used. Testicles are protected as they’re way up and covered by the left hand while the right is using the US on the shaft. But still, it’s the first week although the numbers seriously excite me.

Taking two more sessions on saturday and sunday, and then measuring on tuesday. A little busy with work on monday and then we know if it’s just an elastic scam. Here’s hoping it’s not.

Congratulations on your growth. Do you run the ultrasound over the hanging device you have attached to your unit?

Just like during the US heating, I hang 1 kg downwards for 10 to 15 minutes after the heating. It’s working well.

Had the time for measuring today.
To my delight, I found that my BPFSL has increased from 19.2cm to 19.6cm. That a fifth of an inch with 8 exercises and a vindication for the idea of starting this again. For now as my body isn’t all that used to this, I’ll keep this fairly light regimen running. Less really is more it seems!

On second thought I am a little divided whether to introduce more weight, as there is a possibility it could bring even more growth in a shorter time but keeping in mind the need for decon breaks everyone has had when the resistance has reached two kilo / 4 lbs after a while. Since I’m happy with this current gaining rate I’ll keep it as a little trial to give some idea where the gains start to slow down with a slightly lower weight - most if not all are using a force double the one I am.

Now earlier I forgot to post the previous two workouts, but I’ve held on to the same methods as they bring consistent results for now.

For today, starting length measured at 19.8cm (7.8 in). After 15 min of PMP stretcher for stress relaxation, 20.1 cm (7.9 in) and after 20 min of 1 kg hang with US and a 10 minute cooldown, 20.5 cm (8.07 in). Applied a little more gel and heated the shaft in a more concentrated way so that I could make the most of it. Strain level is at a nice 3,5%. Smile level is up by 3,5% too as the figures hover around and over the 8 inch mark yet again.

So now it’s been two weeks, and 10 workouts in total.

Today’s start was at 19.8 cm (7.8 in) and by the end I measured 20.6 cm (8.1 in) with some glans engorgement. Accurate strain level I’d guess to be around 3.5% so the third week sees to changes to the current previously outlined routine.

Also, this morning my BPEL measured at 18.7 cm (7.4 in), meaning there’s roughly a half cm or .2 in growth. Considering the time I find that fantastic.

Today’s session started at 19.8 cm and ended at 20.5 cm once again so the numbers stay the same, but with a decent strain of 3.5%. Rather surprised how the strain level has stayed almost the same. I’ve made sure the measurements are as accurate as possible, and I’ve still not gone beyond 1 kilo, or a little less than 2 lbs when it comes to weight.

The strain levels have stayed around 2.5-3.5 even still, thus the workout has seen no changes whatsoever. This morning, I measured a flaccid on 20.0 cm or little under 8 inches. Can’t imagine a better motivation than this.
