Anthony72076's Routine
Warm up, stretches, 20-30 min variety of jelqs, kegals, air pumping 5-10. Minutes warm down then wrap then 15-20 minutes in bathmate with nightly shower. When not training I stay in wrap the entire day with 1 1/2 hrs in wrap then 30 mins no wrap, use this wrapping cycle all day. No wrap during sleep.
