Artist9517's Routine
Just started, so I am not sure if I am doing this right. I’ve been VERY sceptical about PE, so I hope this works!
5-10 minutes hot wrap. (i fill up a beer pitcher with water hot enough to stand)
20 sec. stretches of each (pulled out, down, left, right, up)
20 sec. circular stretches (counterclockwise and clockwise)
10 min jelq (3 sec. pulls, using baby oil as lubricant)
25 quick kegels
10 min jelq (3 sec. pulls, using baby oil as lubricant)
10 kegels at 3-5 second holds
5-10 minutes hot wrap. (with hot towel)
