I’m coming back to PE (august 2011). I remember to have gained from it in 2005-2006 and thought I could get some more.
I started over two months ago, without warm up, with some result with the size of the head, but nothing satisfying. I just remembered, back in the days, warm up helped a lot. So I decided to start it back with rice socks and give clamping another chance. Aiming for 4x15 minutes, 3-4 times a week. Maybe I’ll do some jelqing and stretching.
My goal right now would be a solid 8x6.
For reference, the routine I had in 2005-2006:
My workout is now 3 or 4 days a week. That is: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Add Monday if I do 4 days.
I alternate my workouts for lenght or for girth, and I only clamp on day a week (Thursday) (3 x 10 minutes).
So on Wednesday I always do more lenght than girth, on Tuesday more girth than lenght and Monday more lenght than girth. That way, I think the body has more time to heal. And I clamp only one day a week, hoping to reduce conditioning, to be able to continue to grow as long as I need with the less deconditioning breaks I can.
Warm up extremly important (I use rice socks at the begining and during my workout): I had to do PE without warm up for a little time (for privacy reasons), and my gains had stopped during that time, and discoloration appeared and it won’t go away.
Been doing like this since end of March 2006. Before that, I was doing the exercices in a pretty random way.
My goal is something like (it will depend on the feedback of my girlfriend) 9 BP or 8 NBP x 6 to 7 EG. My measurements are AFTER workout, so when I say 5.688"EG, I’m in fact 5.375"EG. My lenght doesn’t vary pre- or post-workout. My goals are pre-workout.
