Asus85's Routine
5-7 minute warm up in bath
manual stretches. 60 seconds in each direction (up,down,left,right,forward)
V/A stretches 4x60 seconds @ base in each direction (up,down,left,right)
same again at mid shaft
(all of this is down while still in the bath)
1 or 2 X 100 jelgs (depending on time)
then back in the bath for a warm down.
