Aznteddy's Routine
- 5 min Warm up: using a bottle (I use a 20 oz coke bottle) cut in half with the endings(where it was cut) taped. I cook water put it in the bottle and add water in it till I get the temp I want my unit in. I put my dick in the bottle and press the ending against my pad so no heat can go out.
- Stretching: 2 sets of 30 sec pulling upward, then downward, left, right, followed by two v-stretches 30 sec(2x)
- Jelqing: 200 jelqs (10 min)
- 3 min warm up
- Stretching: 2 sets of 30 sec pulling upward, then downward, left, right, followed by two v-stretches 30 sec(2x)
- 3 min warm up
- 10x Horse 440s
