Badabinglove's Routine
My current routine is a basically a newbie routine with some extras. I warm up with a rice sock for 10-15 minutes. Then do some stretches for 10-15 minutes. Afterward I will do about 100 jelqs. I finish in the shower with light bathmats use, only keeping pressure for a couple minutes, 2-3 times(just conditioning and getting some variety). I try and finish all this with another 10 minute rice sock warm down.
