-5 min hot wrap
-10 min manual stretching
A) Stretching up, down, left, right, and straight out at 1 minute each
B) Stretching over a fulcrom beginning at the base I divide my shaft into 5 sections or 5 points of stretching. Each point is stretched for 1 minute.
-150 3 second jelqs with kegel before every jelq, edging every 50 jelqs or so
-5 Uli’s for 15 seconds each, pumping my grip to increase pressure slightly
-warm down/massage
