Bathmate x30 Pump Jelqing Routine
Hello everyone,
I’ve familiarised myself with a couple of newbie routines since starting PE. After 2 months of simple jelqing & stretching 3 to 5 times a week with a noticeable length gain I’ve decided to refine a solid routine. Any additions/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I’ve made no measurements up until today:
FL - 3.2
BPEL - 6.75
New Routine:
- 5 minute warmup in a hot bath
- 5 minute jelq (I use real aloe-vera for lubricant)
- 15-20 minute bathmate x30 pump (every 5 minutes 50 kegels whilst still inside the bathmate)
- 15 minute jelq
Whilst I’m doing these exercises I try listen to some interesting podcasts, if you have any good suggestions how you utilise your PE time I’d love to hear that also.
After reading around I think I fit the ‘fast gainer’ category, I can easily commit to implementing a 1 hour PE routine into my lifestyle. Looking forward to getting some feedback on how I can improve my routine from the more experienced crowd.
