Be part of my progress - After on and off PE I want serious gains
Hello my friends,
I know about PE for some time. I bought devices back in the day but I never saw gains from them. Probably also because I didn’t use them the right way looking back. Also later when I tried I haven’t seen real gains. Since I know PE is possible though (not a scam as I sometimes thought) I do blame myself for the lack of gains back in the day.
I am very serious about making gains though and this is why I am starting again and why I am logging my progress now.
As for devises: I have the Sizegenetics, the Phallossan Forte as well as the Bathmate. I never did any manual exercises in my life.
I am training again consistently since around 10 days.
My training plan willl be —
Using either the Phallosan Forte or the Sizegenetics extender for 4 hours+ a day. With potentially one day off in between.
This is also what I have been doing for the past 10 days.
I do want to include pumping into my routine as well though.
Tomorrow I will measure my current stats so I can track everything properly.
As for beginner questions:
Do you guys who have experience think I can grow with my current routine (4 hours SG or PF)?
What is the best way to include the BM into my program? (Should I use it in addition to the SG/PF on a certain day or replace a day of SG/PF with the BM?)
I am also doing lowfap atm, since I am very sure intense masturbating kills your gains (as well as libido). So I am only jerking off once a week.
My diet/lifestyle includes taking a lot of supplements like Vitamin D, Multivitamin, Omega 3 and many others as well for mood enhancement and general well being.
