Beef Stroganoff's Routine
Hot towel warm-up: 5 min.
Manual stretch in all directions: 20 sec. each (will add sets and duration each week)
Wet jelqing (downward stroke): 100 reps, 3 - 4 sec.
Manual stretch as before
Wet jelqing as before: 50+ reps
Warm down in hot bath
Massage to erection with hydrating lotion 5x
Either no underwear or boxers - no tight underwear, ever!
