Before After Soberity

So has anyone had the experience of getting sober of alcohol whilst on a PE journey?

My last drink was just last Monday Jan 22. After 25 years of daily beer drinking

I have. I don’t think pe affected tapering off the alcohol, but it was one more thing I started doing to self improve.

I’m drinking about two or 3 drink 5 or 6 days a week and it doesn’t effect my PE activity.

Hi I didn’t do PE before getting sober/clean!
But I know before I did I wouldn’t have been able to do this! I was mentally not capable always tired lethargic run down! Physically my body was a mess! I have been in recovery over 4 years bar a relapse but I am a year sober on Thursday.
PE going to the gym running these are my treats in life. My reminders I am improving myself now rather than destroying myself.

If you want to talk about going sober I am always available alcohol was a big problem for me along with many other things.
