Beginning Journey

So, my introduction into PE came way of research into ED. A few years back I noticed a huge loss in EQ & actual size loss of my member. Started some light research & ran across both ED & PE forums. Realized that many of the strategies for one helped the other so bought some equipment & gave it a go. I have a very time demanding & stressful occupation so I used everything moderately & found some slight improvements but nothing game changing. Ended up getting blood work done & found out I had extremely low T.  So, started TRT therapy & boom EQ was good & recovered back my lost size. All of my equipment went in a box & stayed there.

It’s been a few years since all that. I’m in my 40s, under 5 8” & over 200lbs. Struggle on & off with nicotine & have a slightly unhealthy diet. Still & high stress & demanding job with not a lot of off time. I need to start to focus on my general health. I know the longer you wait the harder it is to get your body right. Thing is I’m not a big fan of dieting & exercise. It’s boring & takes up my limited time but I’m getting to the age where it isn’t really an option anymore.

So I’m digging in my closet & see this box for of PE equipment & think well I already have this stuff so maybe if I build my general health plan around PE I’d be more inclined to stick with it & make the time. I mean better body, better health, better dick, better sex, & less stress. Seems like a win win across the board. So, I decided to start my journey. Time will still be an issue. There will be weeks I can go hard & weeks that basic maintenance will be difficult.
I know dedication & consistency is key in results, but I would rather create a moderate routine that I stick with that matches my reality, instead of pushing for something I won’t be able to maintain & end up getting frustrated & giving it up. I know my situation will limit my gains & reaching some of the success here isn’t reasonable but my goals are also more moderate & I hope they are attainable.

I believe I have a decent starting point for my goals.

NBPFL 4.25
BPFL 5.25
FG 4.83
NBPEL 5.75 to 6
BPEL 6.5 to 6.75
EG 5.4 to 5.5
I notice some variation depending on EQ & measurement error.

Goals:
NBPFL  5+
NBPEL 6.5 to 7
BPEL 7.5 to 7.8
EG 5.7 to 5.9

Would like to be a shower in length but it would be cool to be a grower in Girth.
I would be happy with the lower numbers but may train to the higher number so I have some room for loss while cementing gains. I’m not looking for extreme results. I’m shorter so that already helps in the visual department. Mainly want to look good, feel good, & have a healthy cock.

This is the equipment I have to use. Willing to get more eventually but not until I get my moneys worth of what I already have.

Equipment:
Bathmate hydro extreme 9
Power JGYM
Calexotics air pump
Belt system stretcher
Stealth for men innerwear, Sabre skin & corkscrew
Q fiber infrared velcro wrist wrap
Amethyst far infrared heating pad

Want to try to reach my goals in both PE & genral health. If I am able I may splurge for the gains wave & P shot treatments for a boost in healing & to help cement my efforts as a reward for reaching my goals.

Any advice, techniques, or critiques are welcome & appreciated.

Seems to me like you are headed in a great direction. A generous use of those heating pads and a moderate attitude will get you far IMO. What with you being on TRT already I would hope you experience some gnarly newbie gains in the gym as well as PE!

Why do the newbies get to have all the gains?

As a favor, I ask that you share your favorites.

Goal: 21x15cm

I’m doing much the same thing. I have PE and diet under control. Exercise, not so much yet. I’m usually making progress in *something*, which helps with motivation and persistence.

slightly unhealthy diet

If it goes in your mouth, write it down, either on one of those little shirt-pocket notebooks or a phone app. Then you can look up foods and ingredients as you have time. Pay attention to xenoestrogens.

Yeah that’s what I’m hoping. A little improvement in all areas to keep pushing forward. Appreciate the advice.

Aye Squibs!!! Sounds like you are on the right track. You got the equipment, motivation, and consistent determination, you will succeed!

You are definetly in the right place though! The guys here on TP are great!

Best of luck on you journey and building up better EQ while reaching those numbers!

Just want to be the me I want to be. ;)

Start: BPEL 6.3" EG 5.1"

Now: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.7" Goal: MORE

Can relate. Had a very similar realization myself. Funny how PE seems it can be at the core of self-improvement, and other aspects of fitness and wellness can actually fall more effortlessly into place when based around PE, or with PE as the main motivation. For me, PE is definitely the core issue I’m most interested in - much more so than the perfect body or peak fitness - and yet, I’ve been improving the rest of my body as well. Almost without conscious effort.
