Beretta92's Routine
XXXXX I did PE for about a year, maybe a little more, and had decent gains. I got out of PE completely for almost 4 years (STUPID). I did lose some of my gains due to inactivity following a car accident, beginning smoking again, etc. As of 9/1/08 I have begun PE again, did newbie routine for a while, now I am up to doing the following routine: XXXXXXXX

Hot water warmup. FOLLOWED BY:
Intense full or near full erection squeezes and bends. I hold them as long as possible each time. This I do while eating breakfast in front of the computer reading the news etc. Then I often move on to some (free) internet porn and intensify the squeezes and work up to intense edging for a while. Total time on this step: 20-45 minutes.
Next step: Upstairs to the bathroom. 6 sets wet jelq (using hand/body lotion), slow and intense, 80-100% erection. First set, usually about 30-40 reps. Squeezes and bends between sets. Second and third sets, about 40 reps per set, same squeezes between sets. My style of jelq goes like this; alternating hands, OK grip. As I reach the point where the glans (head) begins, I hold the jelq (squeeze sort of) while the other hand begins the next jelq rep. This really seems to give good shaft expansion each jelq. I do about 75% of my jelqs like this, 25% like a normal jelq. Kind of alternate a bit to mix it up. Total jelq time: about 15 minutes.
Next step: After brief break, some squeezes, I attain a 100% erection and enter the pump. Kaplan pump, 1.75" cylinder. I only WATER PUMP, no air. This I do while brushing my teeth, shaving, and preparing for my morning shower. Saves time, multitasking! Total pump time; about 10-15 minutes. Pump tube stays put by its own pressure just fine as long as I don’t walk around too much or try to climb the stairs…
Warmdown in shower, about 10 minute shower. Some light squeezes and bends/massage in the shower. I do a few good sets of kegels throughout the day as well. I usually PE 2 or 3 days on, 1 day off. Most of the time I take Wednesdays and Sundays off. This is an intense routine (in my opinion), but it is yielding gains, and I will be posting updates soon once more gains are cemented!
XXXXXXX Also UPDATE TO HEALTH SECTION: I’m now 39 years old, and I no longer smoke. I drink only beer now, no spirits. I occasionally use inexpensive Tadalafil powder as an aid to PE, as well as recreationally for better sex. No serious/medical ED though.
THIS ROUTINE IS YIELDING SLOW BUT STEADY GAINS AND GREATLY INCREASED EQ, NIGHT AND MORNING WOOD, ETC.
Long-term goal: 7.5BPEL (7.0NBPEL) and 5.5MSEG. Then I retire to maintenance (probably)….
