I’m gonna start a progress log for my journey to hit my ultimate goal. Apologies for my bad English.

First let me introduce myself and explain why I started PE. My name is Berghuis, 21 years old and living in the Netherlands. I’m not a newbie when it comes to PE because I just finished to newbie routine after 1 year.

Why I started PE?

I’ve started PE in February 2021 because I was, and I still am, depressed. My depression started in 2020 during Christmas. I had recently found out my professional football career (soccer for the Americans here) was over just before I was gonna transfer to a new country. I collapsed 2 times during training with painful cramps in my whole body. They diagnosed me with a rare form of rheumatism. I was getting cramps after 5 mins of playing. I always was the popular kid in school because I was the best in football, not because I was handsome.

After I found out football was over I was left with 2 options: kill myself and give up or work my ass off so I can be/feel handsome and confidence in 2-3 years. I made a list with things I wanted to change (physically) about myself. I work every day on every single goal of my list since the start of my depression. After I made the list 2 things popped out that were impossible: grow in height and make my dick longer. My urologist and doctor told me I had a normal penis and it was impossible to make my dick longer. Turned out they were both wrong.



Starting PE

I started PE in January 2020 right after I finished my list. Extenders were the only option I thought , then I discovered thundersplace. I’ve started the newbie routine and jelqed and stretched consistent until last month. When I hit my first .2 gain and I knew PE wasn’t a dream I had 3 goals:

Minimal goal (NBP): 14cm
Would be pretty happy w/ goal: 14.5cm
Ultimate goal: 6 inch/15.2cm

Last month jelqing wouldn’t work anymore because my dick and foreskin changed in a good, bigger way. Now I’m switching to hanging and I’m gonna share my progress with you. I collected information the last month so I can start without making mistakes, or at least fewer.



Starting Stats

Feb 2021 (Start PE newbie routine):
BPEL: 15.3cm
Girth: 12.5cm

Now (End newbie routine):
BPEL 17.2
Girth 12.5cm

As you can see I’m close to my ultimate goal and I’m dying to hit it. I always said I will quit PE when I hit around 7 inch BP or 6 inch NBP but I’m afraid that’s not gonna happen. That’s something I need to work on because I’m afraid that I will never be satisfied with the length of my penis. I still think I’m small or not big enough and that’s not gonna change when I hit 7 inch BP. I want a dick so when a girl looks at it she knows its above average.



Hanging

The last month I collected a lot of information about wrapping, schedules, weight and heat. Today I completed my first hanging sessions with 0.5kg and will build up very slow to 1.5kg.
I’m gonna share my schedule very soon and will report my progress at least for the upcoming 3 months.



Goals

I’m not expecting anything for the first month because I’m starting really slow and light with the weights and time. I don’t know how hanging gains come and go because I only did jelqing and those gains came after 3 months of starting with a very good speed of 0.2cm a month. I would be amazing to gain 0.3cm+ in the first 3 months. I’m still staying at my ultimate goal of 17.8cm BPEL. It was my idea to quit at 17.8cm but If I gain a good amount in the next 3 months I will continue for a bit longer when I hit my goal. Also I’m aware of the fact that the size of my dick is not gonna make me happy but it’s the complete list that will make me more confident in the next years.

Motivation behind PE

The motivation about why I want to grow my dick:

1) I want to give my future wife/girlfriend something extra. I’ve talked to a lot of female friends and they told me size isn’t everything and I’m aware of that but they also told me the eye want something as well. A bigger dick can turn on a woman more then a average dick. I know women talk about their mans dick with each other. I don’t want to be that guy that my girlfriend would have to answer with: I think my boyfriend is just around average.

2) I think I feel myself more manlike masculine when I have a bigger dick. Also my confidence will be higher and I like to look at a big dick. (my own dick not someone else) I’m being honest if I say that i’m afraid my wife or girlfriend will leave me because my dick is average and I can’t satisfy here needs compared to another guy who is 3cm bigger. I’m aware that there is always a guy who is bigger but I’m talking on a average and realistic level. For example: my girlfriend is satisfied with my 5 inch NBP dick but another guy who is 7 inch can give here more then me. When I’m 7.5 inch BP for example I’m far above average. Then I wouldn’t be scared if she left me and if she did she is gonna find more men who are smaller then me in comparison to men who are bigger then me.

3) the second time I had sex I was 18 years old and the girl told me I had the smallest dick she had. I was 6 inch BP back then. She told me she didn’t feel anything. She had sex with 16 Dutch men before and I was the smallest. That was the first time I realised my dick was under average and thats why I dont believe the Dutch average is 5 inches but more like 6 inches.

As you can see I’m close to my ultimate goal and I’m dying to hit it. I always said I will quit PE when I hit around 7 inch BP or 6 inch NBP but I’m afraid that’s not gonna happen. That’s something I need to work on because I’m afraid that I will never be satisfied with the length of my penis. I still think I’m small and that’s not gonna change when I hit 7 inch BP.



Hanging

The last month I collected a lot of information about wrapping, schedules, weight and heat. Today I completed my first hanging sessions with 0.5kg and will build up very slow to 1.5kg.
I’m gonna share my schedule very soon and will report my progress at least for the upcoming 3 months.



Goals

I’m not expecting anything for the first month because I’m starting really slow and light with the weights and time. I don’t know how hanging gains come and go because I only did jelqing and those gains came after 3 months of starting with a very good speed of 0.2cm a month. I would be amazing to gain 0.3cm+ in the first 3 months. I’m still staying at my ultimate goal of 17.8cm BPEL. It was my idea to quit at 17.8cm but If I gain a good amount in the next 3 months I will continue for a bit longer when I hit my goal.
