Basic beginner’s routine:

-5 min hot wrap (towel)

-5 min stretch (JAI, DLD Blasters, low-med tension)

-10 min jelq (3-4 sec per rep)

-30 kegels (hold for 3 sec)

-5 min hot wrap (towel)
