Ok. So I guess I’ll keep stretching the ligs to maximize lig gains but focus on tunica.

Would you say it’s better to do all PE in single period of the day then take the 24 hour break before next session or have you seen guys break up one routine throughout the day? Ie. Hang + recirculate in morning, clamp + pump in afternoon, hang + jelq in evening?

Also what’s the best girth thread / routine you’ve seen that you think would help me gain my first inch while continuing to progress in length?

Bigger always says not to do heave girth during a hanging phase. Not sure if he meant “just during the hanging session but it’s okay to go heavy girth later in the day” or if he meant not at all while tissues from hanging are developing.

Any well thought input would be helpful thanks

If you do girth work it’s harder to hang afterwards. It’s a matter of comfort. Of course you can jelq in between hanging sessions to help with circulation but avoid a heavy girth routine.

Split routines work OK. You could focus on length in the morning and girth in the evening.

I wouldn’t worry too much about whether you are hitting the ligs or not. If it works for you, great. The older you are the more chance you’ll get easy initial gains from lig stretching but pretty much anything you do will stretch the ligs in the course of doing other things. The ligs aren’t the hard part of PE.

I literally fell asleep Jelqing last night I was so tired but I’m determined.

Sometimes I feel my unit shrinks after too many days in a row but I have faith that it’s just some biological occurrence that is preparing for healing and growth.

I want to do an every single day method but wonder how much rest I should incorporate.

Bigger says we should hang every day to ride the fatigue so tissues don’t really have much of a chance to harden.

On the flip side, I wonder if this minor hardening/healing is helpful so that in the next session, you have more tissue mass to yank out.

Bib has been selling and supporting his hangers for over twenty years. He has updated some of his advice over time, as he’s incorporated feedback from his customers, but the basics are still the same.

You paid for the hanger, but you bought more than two decades of experience too. It would be reasonable to follow the instructions for six months to a year. If you keep a log of your gains, you can chart gains from Bib’s instructions vs. your own ideas of what might be more effective.

I’m not saying you might not have a better idea, but you won’t *know* unless you do it Bib’s way first; that’s your baseline for rate of gains.

Thank you! Makes sense. I got trapped in it one time from an erection and it scared the piss outta me but I’m willing to try it again.

Also using hands is much more stealth. I don’t have much privacy and the thought of setup discourages me from staying faithful to the cause.

By the time I get to the point, my unit is tapping out. I can tell there’s progression because I used to only be able to handle one 20 minute pull session plus one 10 minute Dry Jelq. I’m considering separating my clamping from my pulling.

If I do separate, what goes best with clamping? Still Jelq for circulation or might that not be needed?

That’s a lot. My standard routine took 20 mins per session, max two sessions per day.

3 hours a day seems unsustainable long term but maybe you have experience of that.

Well the goal with this routine is to conjoin length and girth work with focus on length work.
I used to do pulling ONLY until I saw Bigger say to do 10m of Jelqing for circulation after each 20m hanging session. This led me to believe that it’s okay to do light re-circulation (which is girth support as well) during hanging/pulling sessions.

I’ve also seen porn star routines and they literally go all day back to back workouts it’s insane.

When you say that seems like a lot, do you mean a lot of time spent per day or a lot of wear on the unit in one session?

But yes it is a lot. Some days I may only be able to do 1 of 3 of those chunks but if I can, I’d like to complete all 3 cycles 5 to 7 times per day.

What are your stats momento??

I took my total time from bigger how he says 4 hours total hanging time a day is the max for fastest gains.

So I concluded that a conditioned unit should be able to withstand 4 hours of work. Just my experimental philosophy for achieving this 9x6 goal as fast as possible without injury as well of course.

I’d love to hear many thoughts on this.

Reading BrainDrain’s journey, it seems he struggled with a length plateau until one person commented that he needs to start clamping. Once he did that then he finally hit his 8” length goal and is now .6 beyond that according to his signature.

You make a great point though. I’m thinking of reducing the ratio now according to focus.

Would look something like this:

Pull 20m
Clamp 5m
Jelq 5m
X1 or x2 or x3
Depending on available time or unit fatigue.

This gives me a 2:1 ratio of length to recirculation/girth support.

On girth focus sessions/days I’d switch to:

Clamp 20m
Jelq 10m
X1 or x2 or x3
Depending on time or unit.

Goal is to never exceed 20m blood trap per exercise and always recirculate afterwards.

You can access people’s stats from the post if your screen is big enough or from their profile if not.

Bigger talked about hanging for 12 hours a day and gaining 4 inches. On the other hand he sells a hanging device. Personally I find him credible but also potentially an outlier. There are plenty of other people who have hung for extended periods and gained nothing. As you say clamping will probably help.

In terms of general stats as more data has been collected claims of large gains have diminished because they seem less believable in context of other data. There are almost 5000 sets of stats used in the automatic stats analysis here over a period of close to 20 years and there are still questions about the most efficacious route to gains. There has to be a standard system that if communicated properly would maximize gains for people but it hasn’t yet been captured. Plenty of people have claimed gains in excess of an inch with fairly standard jelqing and stretching routines.
