Bigbadbrad's Routine
I primarily use golf weight stretches for 4” per weight x 5 weights (Monty’s large diameter size) and bend in each direction when pulling. This is in a tub of water for heating purposes. I then work my way backwards from 5 weights to none until I feel fatigued. This exercise has worked for length and girth. This was patterned from Wantsmore’s thread.
I started out working on jelqs only and working up to 30” per day and finally got to 40” per day until I started the GBStretches.
I am experimenting with Monty’s air clamp and get really good expansion of girth. I am trying to use the air clamp two days per week with 4 sets of 7 to 8 minutes per clamp. This seems to work really well but it takes at least ten minutes of heat before and after each session.
I try to use at least ten minutes of heat before and after all of the above excercises. And I also take off about two weeks after each two to three month period or as needed. I’ve had some trouble with blood blisters on the glans when I overstretch so I have to be careful.
