I have had long decons in last few years and I’m still training. Usually I’m 8.25*6.25 BPEL at morning and some mornings when I’m very horny I’m able to measure 8.5*6.5.
My now program is following:
Day 1: mandingo stretches for about 10-15 mins, after that vacuum cup extender with total man heating pad for about 65 mins ending with 10 minutes cooling period with about 4 kilos or 9 pounds.
Day 2: tunica scraping 50 reps for each CCs and mandingo stretches for 10-15 mins, after this pumping with vibration for 4*5 mins with about 5 HG usually with few short spikes to 10 HG. With vibration I’m able to get same expansion in 20 minutes than what is required with heat and no vibration for over an hour. Last I will have 2*10 minutes session with heat pad and 5 HG.
Day 3: same as day 1 but before extender I do tunica scraping.
In every two weeks I use massage gun and soft head with 2400 rpm to massage my dick while extended. I think that tunica scraping and massage gun has been better than using ultrasound.
