Hello brothers, new member here is rising.
Before we start, let me introduce myself:
- Age 24
- Experience: not so much but I get some gains
- NBPEL: ~13cm
- BPEL: 16.5cm
- Girth : 13.5cm
What is my goal?
- Lost weight (my fat pad is killing me) and reach length to 18-19cm.
Few years back, I made account on another forum and when I saw my starting measurements, I was like 14.5-15 cm BPEL.
What was like my workout?
- Nothing special, just basic stretching in every angle holding 30 seconds.
What is my plan now?
Now I want to focus really on my length only but, I think between two workouts.
Workout #1 (3 days a week)
5x squeezes (5 seconds hold)
100+ x side-to-side stretches
Workout #2 (5 days a week)
- masturbation as warm up (I’m feeling so much more stretchable after)
100+ x side to side stretches increasing the number every workout.
I think that I will do the second workout, I will give it a shot maybe one month and do measurements.
Any suggestions are highly welcome.
