Heat! With heating pad for 15 minutes.
Exercise cycle:
Think points of a compass: north (toward chin), south (toward floor), east, west.
Jelq (north, palm toward body) and stretch: 100
100 of these:
(A) jelq (left hand, palm toward body) south, rotate clockwise with hand close to body stretching, two complete circles.
(B) jelq (right hand, palm toward body) south, rotate counterclockwise with hand close to body stretching, two complete circles.
Jelq (perpendicular to body) and stretch foreskin: 100
Jelq (south, palm away from body) and stretch: 100
