BMashina's Routine
One day on, one day off.
Right now I am doing half of the newbie routine, 3 minutes of manual stretching, about 75 jelgs, and warm wraps before inbetween and after, then an unknown number of Kegels afterwards.
My length measurment was not bone pressed, I don’t know my BPEL, I feel it is a false measurment.
