I just finished my third month! This is an update to my experiences and progress so far.
Girth:
I’ve slowly moved up to 10min x3 clamping, which I do in the morning, followed by 15min light pumping. 10 minutes break between all sets. When I first started, I found out that I needed to constantly kegel and also watch porn to keep the expansion I wanted for the full duration. I don’t want to crush my dick doing one “click” more than what already feels tight.
I was reading a bit and saw some people using two cable clamps instead of one. This is working very well for me. When I attach the second cable clamp on top of the first one, the pressure builds up better and I can keep the expansion without the need of stimulation.
Double clamping has gotten me to the point where I see some dark red spots on my glans, which usually goes away within a day. Has happened twice. I have never experienced anything like this, until now, even though its considered normal.
Regarding breaks, I’d say its an average 3 days on 1 day off. I try to listen to my dick and make IT decide on when to take a day off.
Length:
Length consists of extending. I don’t do hand stretching anymore. This is because girth is my main focus and I don’t want to spend too much time doing PE.
I moved from a strap extender to a vacuum extender this month, with great success. Its very comfortable and I use it minimum 4h/day. I average around 5h.
I may note that I’ve always done strap extending with foreskin covering my glans. Its simply too slippery if I don’t. I can feel the different pull inside my penis using the new extender.
Problems I’ve encountered with the vacuum extender are regarding my sort-of-tight frenulum. I’m uncut and the vacuum pulls my frenulum and some of the bottom part of my foreskin into the chamber. Wearing it one hour at a time is not a problem, but it swells up quite a bit and it does get a little sore. I think this will get better in time. I’ve already noticed my frenulum loosening up and stretching. This is a nice “side effect” for me. Never had any frenulum problems, but I always knew it was tighter than what Id like it to be (purely cosmetic.)
Sometimes I switch to the strap style extender for an hour or two in the evening, if my glans and frenulum says no ;)
New measurements:
Haven’t been feeling well the past days. Common cold. This lead me to a four day rest from PE, which is the most I’ve had since I started. I would then probably eliminate any temporary gains, which is good.
I woke up with a good ol’ morning wood, went back to sleep. Woke up later completely soft and quite cold, since I opened up a window. I decided to measure regardless with what Id say was a normal 8/10 erection. My previous measurements have been a solid 10/10 morning wood, in my opinion.
As of 30/01/20
BPEL 7.08” (last month - 6,8” - start 6,1”)
MSEG 4,6” (last month - 4,56” - start 4,25”)
NBPEL 6,4” (first measurement)
Pretty happy with this, being after four rest days and an “ordinary” erection ;) This means I’m still gaining for sure and totally eliminates the assumption that my gains were purely increased erection quality.
