Hello … again
Hopefully this is the proper forum to re introduce myself. I was a member here in 2013,14 and have been doing PE regularly since then. I left the site because of relationship / lifestyle issues.
One main thing for me was maintaining my privacy with this PE “project”.
Always jelqing and other manual exercises, I really loved the feeling of pumping dry and with hot water in the tube.
My privacy issues led me to discard a standard penis pump for fear of being “found out”. For the last 7 years I’ve used a simple glass cylinder, no pump.
It’s actually a votive candle and the glass is quite thick. All safety concerns aside, I’ve been very careful.
There’s no way to gauge pressure with this. I simply get an erection, slip my member into the tube and push into it while letting air escape by pushing the skin inward a bit. After about 5 minutes of warming up and adjusting, a nice suction is accomplished. I did use a pump with gauge for over a year when I first started. I estimate the vacuum to be within the 5-10 on my old gauge.
My reason for writing is to document my progress.
I found my old name archived. MuchLuck in 2014 my BPEL was just over 7”. Today it is 7 3/4” eight years later. Erect girth is the same at 6”.
I posted in another thread about my recent (2month) start on testosterone replacement therapy and prescription for 5mg Cialis daily.
I’m interested to see what this new chapter of documenting this new addition of supplements and continued PE program will have on this 51 year old.
I look forward to sharing my experiences and welcome any questions or comments.

/Moderator, please move this to the correct thread if I’m in error. Thanks!

2 week update with amazing results.

I’ve been on TRT for a full 60 day cycle, 15 unit injections daily. Also about 2 weeks of cialis 5mg daily. Erection quality is incredible. Literally as responsive as my 25 year old self. Pumping for a half hour today with manual exercise warm up and cool down my unit is alive like I haven’t seen in decades. I’m interested in taking some measurements tomorrow to update.

I recommend this therapy to anyone experiencing ED, or other age related concerns.

It’s almost comical, my wife and I are awed by the 2 month transformation.

Another 30 plus days on this regimen.

I began pumping using hot water in the tube and I’m very satisfied with results. Minor edema at times but always a very full relaxed hang all the time. Instead of leaving the tube idle in place I’ve been pulling on it. Stretching everything outward, up, down and circular. It’s an incredibly stretching sensation. I’m wondering if anyone else is using this technique. The pump as a “handle” of sorts for erect rotational stretching?

Milking the tube is one name for what you are describing.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Interesting. I’m a fan. I’m going to have about a month with this as a primary part of my routine.

I hope it has some benefit. It feels incredible afterwards.

Did your doctor prescribe this, or is it something you decided on your own?

Are you using insulin syringes, or something with a thicker needle? The 200ml vials my testosterone comes in seem to be mostly cottonseed oil according to the manfacturer’s web site, and the stuff is so thick it’s a hassle even with the big 25ga x 1-1/2” needle/

Yes, doctor prescribed I’m using the insulin syringe.
The labels on mine say grape seed oil, and it is quite heavy in viscosity. I warm the bottle in water to above body temperature when filling the syringe. It’s a bit time consuming so I set up 5 or so needles at a time.
Have you noticed positive results from TRT?
I feel like a monster lately. My body is changing and I haven’t performed sexually like this in 10 + years.
I have no one to discuss this with so I appreciate your response.

I started TRT at the end of November 2021. The endocrinologist prescribed one 200mg injection every two weeks. After looking at some of the drug web sites I found that the effects of the injections were mostly gone at 8 days, so I adjusted the schedule to 100mg every week. I never experienced the “roller coaster” effect some of the every-two-weeks men reported.

I suspect the two week schedule assumes a patient going to a clinic to get the shot, and they’re trying to prevent hassle and out-of-pocket expenses from pushing men to give up. The endo didn’t say anything about the actual injection process, she just wrote the prescription. I figured if I can stick a contact lens in my eye, I can stick a needle in my leg, and I did my own allergy shots for years anyway, so I bought some hypodermics when I got the prescription filled.

I started a severe ketogenic diet at the same time, which can have various side effects, so I can’t tell for certain which things are due to TRT and which are due to keto.

I saw almost no change for the first couple of months; then changes were slow. But they’re there. I’ve lost a bunch of weight, mostly around the waistline. I feel sharper and more energetic. Libido and EQ are up, but they were steadily improving with PE already. I sleep well, but intermittently - zonked for two or three hours, wake up and read or surf on the tablet for a while, zonk back out. I have occasional pimples on my chest, face, and (for some reason) behind my ears. My face - particularly my forehead (and behind my ears) always feels greasy, even though I scrub thoroughly.

Some men report hair loss and/or testicle shrinkage. Neither happened to me.

I’ll try your trick of warming the testosterone up before trying to load the hypodermic. I never seem to have any problem injecting it, it’s just getting it out of the freakin’ vial that is the hassle, even when injecting some air to help push it out.

Yes, my balls are miniature now. The doc warned me of this. I don’t mind, as it has a youthful appearance!. A definite change from my normally in the way big sweaty ballsack🤣.

For guys that experience ball shrinkage, they sometimes prescribe HCG to stop or minimize the effect. Apparently it doesn’t work in every case, but if you’re okay with them being smaller while you’re on TRT, there’s no need to worry about it.

The benefit for me is maintaining a strong erection in the tube. I don’t go by a strict timer or vacuum pressure. More like a meditation I try to maximize size and duration of stretching by PI’s. Discoloration, edema etc. Occasionally it does lose sealing but that’s not a distraction for me.

Milking the tube can feel nice, but if you watch the vacuum gauge, it can make some big spikes in vacuum. If you’re already pumping as high a vacuum as you can tolerate, you might get some unwanted effects. The spikes are generally too short to pull a blister, but you can get petechia.

Be careful and keep and eye on things.

Yes, I’ve experienced edema and discoloration.

Keeping the vac relatively mild I do spike the negative pressure quite frequently. I’m finding a balance of my tolerance. Fire goat rolls and a long warm down seem to prevent negative results so far.

Brawdo man, adjust your habits, be healthy, many 65 year olds are fucking every day.
Modern 30 year olds are having lower testosterone than 60 year olds back in the 1960 on average.

Eat right, sleep right, exricise moderately especially strength becasuse cardio Is not healthy nor testosterone producing you are not a old man.

My gut feeling Is that erection problems are just a symptom not the problem, and by medicating it you are literally buying time to not see the symptom while making yourself an addict and allowing initial problem to get worse.

Just my opinion, I believe it Is logical however I do not care do what you wish, this Is my attempt to help.
