Utilizo la bomba Hydromax Bathmate desde hace dos meses…y deje un mes de intervalo sin usarala por motivos de trabajo…Lo utilizo en estado erecto al 100% durante 20 minutos, dos días y despues uno de descanso…y así cada semana lo mismo. Lo combino con ejercicio tres veces a la semana y natación cada vez que puedo…A pesar de los meses que llevo con el Bathmate he sentido que al prncipio no sabia usar mucho este aparato, pero poco a poco le he ido cojiendo el tiro y he sentido mas gruesa la verga, eso si todo a su tiempo…Hoy 14 de Febrero de 2017 comenze la rutina combianada con jelging..espero aumentar esos 15x12 en erección y echarme a andar en esto del faloculturismo!!!!!
