Brotherman's Routine
From October 2005 to January 2006
-5 min. hot wrap
-5 min of mild stretching
-30 min. jelq session with jelq sticks

I did not gain any length doing this. But I did add some girth.
From February 2006 to November 2006
-5 min. hot wrap
-3 sets of 10-min. weight hanging (I used the rice sock fulcrum technique)
-50 jelqs with jelq sticks
-5 min. hot wrap
The last two months I stop hang consistently. So my gains drop. And I had to skip the whole month of April 2006 because I injured myself due to over tighten my Captain’s Wench device.
From June 2008 to August 2008 (skipped the whole month of July due to time constants)
-5 min. hot wrap
-2 sets of 15-min. weight hanging (I used the rice sock fulcrum technique)
-50 jelqs with jelq sticks
-5 min. hot wrap
After thinking about my past gains, I wanted to finished what I started. So I started back hanging again. But due to time constants and signs of distortion on my penis, I had to give it a rest again. I may buy a penis pump and auto extender for my next attempt.
