(2) rice sock warm up (20-30 mins); tunica tugs (2 mins); hanging-up to 3 sets of 20 mins with 10 mins rest in between; 5 point jelqs (150/per direction) with erect bends/semi erect bends between sets to decrease erection (20-30mins); ballooning (30 mins). Pee stretches/tunica through-out the day
