Jelqing: As of 9/14 I have worked my way up to 300 strokes, which take about 30 mins. I rest every 50 strokes to let the blood run back into my penis and make sure that my erection is at the right stage. I’m getting results, good ones, considering how long I’ve been at it.
As of 11/1 I have worked my way up to 500 strokes, which take about 45 mins. Still seeing good gains.
