Cerberus208's Routine
In the morning 10 min manual stretches, 10 min wet jelq in the shower, 5 min manual stretches cool down. Afternoon hang 2 sets of 5lbs for 15 min each with 5 min rest then 2 sets of 10lbs for 15 min. I do that routine 3 times a week on monday, wensday and friday, on teusday and thursday i do the same routine in the morning but clamp in the evening 2 sets of 20 min each.
