Certaindeath4's Routine
Just started up again. Right now I’m doing a warmup, followed by 5 minutes of jelqing up to about 70% erect. Then manual stretching in 6 directions (Right, Left, Straight up, BTC, Down, Straight Out) for about 30 seconds each, with two sets. Lot is around 10-11. Planning to go about a month, check gains, and either continue on or incorporate pumping and/or hanging into routine.
