Chakaconcarne's Routine

Mid-day:

1. Warm up. Heating pad. 5-10min.
2. Get fully erect. Pump for 5 min.
3. Jelq 80-90% erect for 15 min.
4. Pump for 5 min. Fully erect.
5. Jelq again for 15 min.
6. Will “ride the edge” sometimes 15 min.

(I usually do 2 second jelqs and will PC flex every other jelq. I incorporate horse squeezes and pumps. Pumps and horses are about 50% of my jelq routine. started pumping recently with good results. Supplemental though.)

Late eve.

Will do about 20 min of stretching. I do 2 second pulls in all directions. Like to do stretches at 30-50% erect. Incorporate V stretches as well. Don’t use heat. Don’t take as seriously as jelq. That will change.

Will also do 500 - 1000 pc flexes in the eve. about 3-4 times a week.
