Chile Guy's Routine
1. 5 minute warm-up with warm wraps
2. 10 minutes of stretching (Including squat streching, V-Streches, all-directions, etc.)
3. 10/15 minutes of dry jelquing (app. 200 dry jelqs with 2/3 sec. each stroke)
4. Cool down on the shower.
Gradually inserting girth exercises after the jelq session (such as Uli’s and O-Bends)
