Citrusslim Log

Hi everyone!

I am not new to PE. I’ve tried it on and off for years with no success to show. I have decided to restart without skipping from routine to routine, which I used to do a lot. The main thing I want is girth, as I’m starting out with 4” MEG. I am not too focused on length, which is about 5.5” (give or take with a fat pad), but I’ll take what I can get there too. I’ve been on the newbie routine for almost a month now, keeping a detailed log of progress on my own. I started around 2/15 at 200 jelqs, and as of today I am at 300. I add 10 jelqs per session and 30 seconds of stretches every other session on a 2 on 1 off schedule. I also have a 5 min warmup and warmdown, with 50 x 5 sec kegels at the end. I do frequently PMO, which I will try to start cutting out. So far I haven’t seen much success with the routine, but it’s only been a month. The measuring tape hasn’t gone below 4” MEG and is staying on or a little bit over the line, which is good. I was getting a good feeling of extra girth up until about the beginning of this month when it mostly went away, but the measuring tape is still hovering. I will stick to the newbie routine until 5/15 which will mark 3 months. I will try to keep updating here, maybe on a monthly basis. Any help along the way would be greatly appreciated. I’m only looking for about an average 4.6” MEG, which is probably achievable.
Thanks for reading and giving any insight possible along the way.

After one month, no gains have been made. EQ is great at some times, average at others. I am up to 390 jelqs and 10 minutes of stretches. One month down and two more left on the linear routine.

I have reviewed the linear and newbie routines and I see that I was taking on the newbie routine in the fashion of the linear. I have decided to lower the amount of jelqs in my routine. As it stands, my routine looks like this:

5 minute warmup
10 minutes of stretches (+30 seconds every other session)
390 jelqs (+10 each session)
5 minute warmdown
50 five second kegels

What I am going to do is lower the amount of jelqs to somewhere around 300, and move up 5 or 10 every other session. The reason I did this every day was to get a more accurate progression of jelqs. I don’t like using time as a measurement because I could be doing 200 jelqs in 10 minutes (as the newbie routine states) one day and 150 in 10 minutes the next day. With that in mind, moving up 10 jelqs per session was a bit ambitious and time consuming. I see some people complaining that 20 minutes ended up being tedious, but I give about 40-50 to jelqing alone.

I would love some feedback whether this is the right move or not. My PIs seem to be fluctuating, but were good when I was doing around 300 jelqs.
