Hey all, excited to join here, I’ve been doing PE for almost 10 years and I’ve had good results.. I’m single now, and I’m closing in on my goal of BPEL 7.5”, and I have the time at home to focus in and hit my PE goals for good.
I started PE in 2013 when I got divorced. I’ve done a lot, with water pumping, manual stretching, jogging, jelqing, vacuum stretching, etc. I feel like I’m an experienced PE’er, but I have yet to finish my goals and I’m close to getting there.
I’ve done PE on and off since 2013. But it’s been in fits and starts, I usually quit doing it when I’m in a relationship. All told I’ve probably done 100 to 150 water pumping sessions, maybe 100 stretching sessions, and about 300 hours of vacuum stretching. Honestly, I still feel like I’m at the novice/intermediate level. But I feel like I’ve made great gains for the amount that I’ve done so far. It makes me fully confident I can reach 7 1/2” BPEL.

Water Pumping
Without knowing the general consensus on water pumping here, I love water pumping. My penis works great when I do it, I get better erections, much harder erections, much more frequent erections.
Age and Health
I’m 46 years old and I’m about 20% body fat. My erections and my length go up dramatically when I lose body fat. I was 165 pounds in about 10% body fat in 2019 when I was running a marathon. My penis was the longest it’s ever been at that time.
My Current Plan;
1. Daily; 100 Sessions water pump 10-15 minutes fully erect.
2. Daily; 100hrs Manuel Stretching; I like to read in manual stretch at the same time. I can hold my Kindle with one hand in with my other hand pull my glands underneath my leg up my back. For a really nice manual stretch.
3. Maintain 14% Body Fat consistently with diet and exercise
-Once I get to 100 water sessions, I’m going to measure again. I’m guessing I will hit 7 inches easily with this method. The stretch I like to do while I read targets the ligaments. Which like downward stretching, or downward hanging, it’s literally the same angle.
I spent $200 on a nice vacuum stretcher, but I’m not going to do that again until I do this method for at least 100 sessions, I will reevaluate from there. I work from home and live alone and I can manual stretch all day everyday if I wanted to.
My Questions for the board;
Discoloration - I dated a nurse who told me that you can buy creams that target discoloration, and that women do it a lot. I’d like to buy this, does anyone know exactly what this is? I have some discoloration from jelqing in the past.
Water pump product question; Is it OK to ask questions about a specific water pump here? I know there are sensitivities around promoting products and I don’t want to come off like I’m promoting a product, I have real questions about upgrading.
