Clgp7's Routine
Warm up then clamp for 20 min. Pump for 4-5 5 min. sessions with jelqing in between pump sessions. I’ve been doing this routine to stimulate new blood vessel growth to combat a ED problem. I wear 3 or 4 golf swing weights all day 5 days each week. Some days, as schedule allows, I’ll clamp 2 or 3 more times.
