Clienthes' Routine

10 Minute warm water pump @ 5hg,
2 x 10 minute clamp w/ 50-100 jelq between sets,
10 minute cold water pump @5hg,
edging for an hour or so, sometimes in with a cock ring on,

Rest days taken when EQ goes down significantly. Alternate experimental routine: 2 x 30 minute pump at ~3.5 hg (I like this so far), considering adding a 10 min clamp somewhere.

So far I seem to be a more is better type. I’m looking for something that will add girth, which 4 months on the newbie routine didn’t do for me. Clamping helped, but I get really tired of watching porn to stay erect, so I’m trying to find a pumping/clamping combo routine that I like.
