Cocknification's Routine
Week 1 - Week 3 : > 5 min warm up. 10 jelq (add 10 each week)
Week 4 - Week 5 : > 5 min warm up. 30 jelq (add 20 on 5th week)
Week 6 - Week 8 : > 5 min warm up. 30 second stretch all directions ( add another set of stretches each week). 50 jelq
Week 9 - Week 17 : > 5 min warm up. 3 x 30 sec stratch all direction. 50 jelq & 10 v jelq
Week 18 > : > continue week 17 and adjust if need be.
