Correct Penis Recovery Time

First of all sorry for posting here because I am new and I can t post where this should be. To the point , like I said what is correct penis recovery time ?

I read on internet that DLD said 24 hours is enough and that you can also masturbate after PE exercise for sure. Also he said that rest days are not so necessary .

So I am interested is this true and what you guys think about it ?? .

Test and adjust properly.

What works for me may not work for you and vice versa.

Seems like 24 hours are enough for me but then why we take rest days :)

It’s different for every guy and every situation, i.e. - how much fatigue from the last PE session. Early on I had to take full day and/or multi-day breaks after longer sessions. Now I seem to recover right away. As said above, learn and adjust.
