My routine (1 month in)
-Warm up: minimum 10 minutes of heating pad + Kegels (5 second interval for Kegels).
-15 minutes of standing dry Jelqing with overhand OK grip, 3 sec per Jelq minimum (75% downward angle and 25% upwards).
-10 minutes of standing Manual Stretches consisting 4 sets of 5 different stretches: 1 set consists of 30 seconds downward stretch, 30 seconds of both left and right side stretches, 30 seconds upward stretch, and 30 seconds of circle stretch.
-Post Workout: 5 minutes of heating pad.
