Daak045's Routine
Jelqs - I try for 3 second jelqs, I have done up to 200 in a session, but after a year I’m starting back at 80.
Stretches - Straight out, I like to hold for 30 seconds, rest and massage for 10-15, then repeat until I get up to what I feel is good. Starting out I’m stretching for 5 minutes or so.
