Dad2four's Routine
Right now, I’m trying different schedules and techniques, and up to this point each has resulted in a case of thromboses (penile Mondor’s). I have, however, been able to gain 1/2” in length and girth so far, this year, with basically 2 days on, 1 off, 1 hour per session(total, including warm-up,etc.) schedule. I’ve used stretches, jelqs, squeezes.
