Dafux's Routine

ADS with the Phallosan, roughly 5 on 2 off.

Usually wear it at night or during the day, occasionally (perhaps twice per week) both.

Pumping is between 30 and 45 minutes per day, usually between 10 and 20 hg (but who knows if the measurement with this cheap pump is correct).
