Daje's Routine
Based on the newbie routine exercises. But I do kegel
10 min - Warm up in a jar of warm to hot water
10 min - manual stretches all directions, holds of 15-40 seconds
40 min - jelqs. Gradually rising erection level from 60 to around 90 at the end.
kegels - I don’t do separately but during the jelqing, whenever the erection gets too high I kegel until it subsides enough. At the begining fast repetitions of 1 second each, gradually rising to long holds of 10 or even 15 seconds. I don’t count, but just make sure that my PC feels worked out and somewhat tired by the end of the jelqing.
12 min - warm up + massaging PC
