Damaker's Routine

I have been on and off for the last 5 years, but basically A LOT of off. It went like this:

January 2003 - August 2003: Jelquing increased from 10 minutes every other day to 20 minutes — sometimes five days a week

I stopped seeing gains and stopped working out after August for a long time.

In May 2004, I noticed I had lost a little bit and decided to pick it back up. Similar routine as before. This continued for 3 months. I grew and the I had to stop for family reasons and it became very difficult with a new job.

I started back up again in December 2007 all the wiser. I have been doing lots of reading in between my last circuit and I am a big fan of rest and relaxed, short routines. Hopefully I can keep this going for longer than a couple of months.

15 - 20 minutes including warm-up and warm-down. Jelqing for 10 minutes. Start flaccid and let the stimulation engorge my penis with blood. Stop after 10 minutes. Warm-down.
