Daniel9.5's Routine
Start with wet jelq started doing 5 minutes, and a rest at the second minute like 10 sec
Then continue with a Uli#3 for 5 minutes also resting at the second minute
Then doing the plumped bend the same amount of time and then the sadsak slinky also
Then I do a wet jelq but putting my other hand in the head and put pressure while jelq to concentrate the blood in the shaft
Then I put a warm towel for 5 minutes and go to sleep to recover faster
