Hi all!
Restarted a month ago to decondition from over training. First month reached.
The regime is:
5-6 min warm up (UV lamp)
10 min wet jelqs (4-5 sec strokes)
5 min stretch
Haven’t measured, but will assume it’s the same starting measurements of 6” x 4.5”
Here is my EQ log thus far of each jelq session:
May:
15th: Good.
25th: Poor.
26th: Poor. (Because of C Grip? OK grip kept it going) Stretch outwards.
28th: Ok.
29th: Good.
30th: Poor.
June:
1st: Great. (12:00pm)
2nd: Poor.
5th: Poor.
6th: Great. (1-2 sec Jelqs, no stretch)
8th: Good.
9th: Great.
12th: Good.
13th: Ok.
15th: Poor.
