Hello everybody.
I’m a 23 yo, 6th year (last year) medical student, from Brazil and I resolved do give a try to PE. I have done PE before when was 18, but never did a consistent routine.
I believe I have a small penis about 12cm BPEL x 10cm MSEG (will do more accurate measures latter).
This is my actual routine (started this week):
5 min warmup
Stretching: 40s up, 40s down, 40s left, 40s right, 40s forward. 1 min pbc. 1 min v-strench.
Dry jelq: 3 series x100 reps, 1 min rest between
Stretching: 40s up, 40s down, 40s left, 40s right, 40s forward. 1 min pbc. 1 min v-strench.

1 day train-1 day rest (I found the 2-1 routine too demanding).

I have some questions:
1) do you guys manage to jelq without porn?
2) how erect is your penis while jelqing?
3) do you recomend any devices now? Or should I stick using my hands?

Cara, minha situação é parecida com a sua, tenho 23 anos e tenho aproximadamente 11cm BPEL e 12cm de circunferencia.

A alguns anos atrás fiz algumas vezes os exercícios, mas também sem seriedade. To pensando em começar pra valer a fazer o jelq, o que me dificulta é que não tenho privacidade em casa, ta lgd?

Vc é de que estado?

E aí! Beleza? Sou de São Paulo. Foda fazer as coisas sem ter privacidade.. Eu moro sozinho e pra mim e mais fácil. Hoje pretendo começar fazendo medidas e então quero manter tudo atualizado e ir postando todas as vezes que fizer minha rotina de exercícios e vou dizendo como estou indo. Estou animado para começar. Acho que talvez realmente funcione esse negócio, mais tarde vou fazer um poste com mais detalhes.
Se vc for começar manda o tópico com sua rotina pra eu acompanhar também.

Faz as suas medidas a cada mês. É um período ideal pra saber se tá evoluindo. Se medir todo dia ou toda semana vc n ve resultados e acaba desestimulando. Eu tb morei 1,5 ano só, me arrependo um pouco de n ter feito jelq. Sou do Ceará. Valeu, boa sorte

I’m a newbie also, but I’ve read in the Spanish Forum that erection should be 75%. If you make at 50%, jelq is reduced to a stretch. If you make it fully erect, it’s reduced to a massage and you can get injured.

We should try to mantain 75% more less to get advantage of the workout. I use porn some days to aid erection, it’s not the recommendation but it works with me.

It’s also recommended you follow newbie’s routine for at least 3 months as written. 3 months more with increase in time and or strength. Only then, you can start using other devices if you want to use them.

I’m beginning to read English material, but if you can read Spanish, there’s a lot of quality information there.

It’s important to document your initial measures, in order to keep track of your progress. It’s better if you do it with images, you decide if want to share them or not. I’ve found that this community is very supportive and can give you better advice with images.

Hello guys I have been really inconsistent recently, did no routine on the week. On the Saturday I did half a routine because I couldn’t maintain an erection, because I was quite stressed I think (was on a 24h workshift). Today I did a quite good workout. Did a smal alteration on my planned (supposing I remain consistent) routine, 300 jelq is too demanding and I had a decreased EQ for 3 day after this routine, but nothing serious.. And 1 day work - 1 day rest is not practical, now this is my new routine:

Work: Saturday-Sunday-Tuesday-Thursday Rest: Monday-Wednesday-Friday. Mesaure: saturday before working out.

Jelq: Almost at 100% erection, quite hard to be on 70-80%. I am either erect or I am not.. Each stroke has a duration of ~3s and a firm stroke. I ejaculate after jelqing.

Those are my measures BPEL=13,3cm; MSEG=11.5cm. MSEG (circumference) is quite straightforward to measure; but BPEL may not be that accurate I measured it at 100$ erection and with a verticalised penis, pressing de 0cm mark against the pubium bone and using a flexible measuring tape and along de penis circumference, tried to be as accurate as possible.

Actually my Spanish is better than my English because of School and the great similarity with Portuguese (I consider myself quite fluent). I will check the Spanish forum, but pretend to continue posting in English because it’s an international language.
I pretend continue with the newbie routine for a while.
Finding quite hard to do a 75% erection, but I will try.

Did a regular workout today erection are great and penis got a really nice pump.

I started doing strenching on rest day too: 40s up, 40s down, 40s left, 40s right, 40s forward. 1 min pbc. 1 min v-strench.

Nice but constancy is crucial. Don’t skip PE if you can! Good luck for everything!

Did another routine today erection hard as rock (hard do get under 90% erection; if I don’t get excited my dick quickly get flaccid I am either full erect or total flaccid).

At this point I am impressed by how bigger my dick is. I can see some REALLY noticeable gain in girth, length and EQ, even if I am consistent by about only a week. On Saturday I will do new measurements. Maybe I’ll take a photo, but I am quite concerned about being identified by someone.

Hey dasdick, how do you do your warmup? I used to warmup with a recipient with warm water but it was a quite uncomfortable. Maybe with a wet towel can be better.
